Parts found in Clock Tower and in the basement on a shelf where you turn the lights back on. It will come into play later into the story. Note: Be sure to remove after using this on the computer and store in your item box. Attach the Jewel to the box which is found on the first floor in the interrogation room or second floor shower room.
Attach the Arm to the Statue and receive the Jewel.
Take it over to the Art Room and combine it with the arm next to the statue. Badge (Examine, flip around and press the back)
